Yuki-dōji is a mysterious figure said to appear deep within frozen landscapes, often taking the form of a pale child wandering alone in the stillness of winter. There are no footprints behind them, no visible breath in the cold air— as if they exist beyond the natural world.

Some believe Yuki-dōji are fragments of winter itself, born from the same essence as Yuki-onna. Others say they are the lingering spirits of those who vanished in the snow, caught between life and death.

They do not cry. They do not speak. They simply watch.

Those who approach, whether out of kindness or curiosity, may feel the cold grow deeper, the silence heavier— until the world around them begins to fade.

雪童子（ゆきどうじ）

静寂に包まれた雪の世界へ足を踏み入れてみてください。

雪童子は、深い雪の中に現れるとされる不思議な存在で、 白い肌の子供の姿で、静かな冬の中をひとり彷徨っていると言われています。 その足跡は残らず、吐く息も見えない—— まるでこの世の存在ではないかのように。

雪女と同じ本質から生まれた「冬の欠片」とする説もあれば、 雪の中で命を落とした者の魂がこの世に留まった姿とも言われています。

彼らは泣きません。語りません。 ただ、静かに見つめているだけです。

心配や好奇心から近づいた者は、 次第に深まる冷気と重い静寂に包まれ、 やがて現実の輪郭が曖昧になっていくかもしれません。
