The Woman with Two Mouths

Some yokai do not reveal themselves openly. They hide in plain sight, their true nature concealed beneath beauty and silence.

Futakuchi-onna appears as an ordinary woman—calm, graceful, and composed. At first glance, nothing seems out of place.

But hidden beneath her hair lies a second mouth. Silent. Insatiable. Always waiting.

When no one is watching, it opens. Her long hair moves as if alive, lifting food and guiding it toward the unseen jaws. No matter how little she eats, it is never enough.

There is no anger. No violence. Only hunger—endless and unavoidable.

In this moment, she sits quietly, her expression unchanged, as if nothing is happening at all.

Yet behind her, something continues to feed.

There is no sound. No struggle. Only the quiet rhythm of something that must be satisfied.

And once you notice it— you cannot unsee it.

二口女（ふたくちおんな）

すべての妖怪が、その本性を表に出すわけではありません。 美しさや静けさの裏に、ひっそりと隠れている存在もいます。

二口女は、一見すると穏やかで美しい女性の姿をしています。 落ち着いた佇まいで、何も違和感はありません。

しかし、その髪の下にはもうひとつの口が隠されています。 音もなく、満たされることのない口が。

誰も見ていない時、その口は開きます。 長い髪が意思を持つかのように動き、 食べ物を持ち上げて、背後の口へと運びます。 どれだけ食べても、決して満たされることはありません。

そこに怒りも暴力もありません。 ただ、終わることのない飢えだけが存在しています。

この瞬間、彼女は静かに座り、 何も起きていないかのような表情を保っています。

しかしその背後では、確かに何かが食べ続けています。

音もなく、抵抗もなく、 ただ満たされることのない何かが、静かに繰り返されるだけです。

そして一度それに気づいてしまえば—— もう目を逸らすことはできません。
